Female-founded and family run, Wear it to Heart began in 2011 to provide dynamic activewear that prioritizes individual authenticity over basic conformity.

Dominating the wholesale space their garments can be found in retailers like Sax Fifth Ave & Nordstroms. Behind the scenes they also manufacture and design Peleton's athletic wear line.

Wear it to Heart enlisted our agency's help to transition from a purely wholesale business to a direct-to-consumer model through E-commerce. As the project manager, I was responsible for understanding the client's goals and devising an efficient plan to achieve them, while also incorporating the agency's requested services.

Despite a strong brand identity and customer base through their retail partners, Wear it to Heart had not yet ventured into the online space. Our strategy and creative teams used the current brand and customer base to inform the necessary shifts for digital and direct-to-consumer operations. We collaborated with the brand's senior leadership to create digital brand guidelines and integrate more digital-focused creativity into their product photography and brand campaigns.

Using their new digital direction, we constructed their website using Shopify Plus to give them maximum control over the customer experience. We acted as consultants throughout the website build to ensure the transfer of knowledge to both internal and external teams, promoting long-term success. Additionally, we reinvigorated their social media presence, email campaigns, and newsletters, and introduced paid media to their digital marketing strategy.

Our efforts resulted in a 1,000% increase in scaled revenue for Wear it to Heart in just four months compared to their previous attempts at direct-to-consumer operations. Furthermore, our campaign direction generated roughly 11,000 new unique email subscribers for the client over a six-month period, which doubled their original newsletter subscriber base.
