Following the success of our previous collaboration, "Closing the Food Waste Gap," we once again joined forces with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) editorial team to address a new critical topic: "Closing the Climate Action Gap." As the project lead, my team was tasked with providing a fresh perspective on climate change and the actionable steps companies can take to combat it. Our primary goal was to create an engaging and captivating online landing page that effectively conveyed this crucial message.
To achieve our objectives, we leveraged the proven success of our previous approach and built upon it with a comprehensive strategy. Our process encompassed extensive market research to gain insights into the existing landscape of climate change awareness and the potential for impactful solutions. Additionally, we employed thoughtful UX/UI strategies to ensure the landing page was user-friendly and visually appealing, enhancing the overall browsing experience.
Innovation played a pivotal role in our project, and we decided to explore new horizons in interactivity while staying within the designated budget and timeline. By implementing scroll-specific features, we designed the landing page to engage readers continuously, enticing them to explore further down the page for deeper insights and more information.
Throughout the development journey, close collaboration with the BCG editorial team was paramount. We valued their expertise and feedback, ensuring that the landing page resonated with their vision and objectives. As a result of this synergistic partnership, we successfully crafted a dynamic and informative online platform that educates, empowers, and motivates users to take actionable steps in addressing the climate crisis.
